How much does The Fresh Club cost?
There’s no membership fee — you simply get 15% off every cleaning, plus member perks. Tell us your home size once and we’ll confirm your member pricing for each visit.
How often do you come?
Twice a year by default — a spring and a fall deep clean — scheduled around your calendar. Want quarterly instead? Just ask; the plan flexes to your home.
Is there a contract?
No contracts, ever. Pause, reschedule or cancel anytime. The Fresh Club is a convenience, not a commitment.
What's the free Spot Rescue visit?
Once a year, members get a complimentary spot-treatment visit for life’s accidents — a wine spill, a pet mishap — between scheduled cleans.
Does the discount cover rugs and upholstery too?
Yes — members get 10% off add-ons, area rugs and upholstery all year, on top of the 15% off scheduled carpet cleanings.
How do referrals work?
