I decided to have the carpets cleaned in my apartment to help with indoor allergies. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. John and Chad were friendly and efficient. The carpets look great, and I appreciate the peace of mind I have now knowing they are clean. I would definitely book them again and recommend them to anyone looking for carpet cleaning! -
My rental unit was recently cleaned by this company and Sam did a wonderful job on the carpets. I had strongly considered replacing the carpets as the previous tenants left it in bad shape but decided to try cleaning them first and I am so glad I did. Most of the big nasty stains are all gone and it looks very presentable now. I will use these guys again no doubt. -

Toronto Steam N Clean did a wonderful job on our area rug. At first the scheduling was a bit messed up but well worth it as the outcome was fantastic. We had some dog stains on a white rug that we did not thing would come out but we were wrong. When the carpet arrived, we could not tell where that stain was. We most certainly will be using them again. -

First of all kudos to this company for hiring A disabled persons. I had a deaf fellow clean my carpets and stairs and did an absolutely superb job. His colleague advised me along the way during the process and recommended some treatments for future spills since we have pets and small children. The folks in the office are also some of the nicest people to talk to, they were patient with my concerns during the booking process and explained everything in detail to me before scheduling me in. I will undoubtedly be using Steam n Clean again. -

They did a great job of cleaning my runners and couch. I was thrilled that I could protect it on site, too, and the tech was wonderful. Unfortunately they didn't warn me that my large and very expensive wool rug could be damaged in the cleaning process. They had good customer service, in that they took the rug back to try and re-work it, but it made no difference. The rug, which previously lay perfectly flat, does not lay flat anymore with or without furniture on it. It permanently has ripples on it, as the wool clearly shrunk in the cleaning process and is pulling away from the binding on the sides. They claimed it needed time to 'settle'. Has been a few months and still no improvement. I'm so upset and should have gone with another company that cleans the rug on site. Don't listen when they tell you it's not possible - my designer said she had never seen this happen before and she always gets rugs cleaned on site. I'm so upset because it lay perfectly before 🙁
Will use them again for steam cleaning stairs and couch, but not for area rugs. -

I had a flooded basement this past weekend and I reached out to several companies and got no response. This company called me back in 20 mins and advised on what to do to stop further damage and dispatched technicians to our house. This was 730pm on a Saturday and they arrived by 830pm and started removing water and the damaged material including the entire floor and one wall. They also moved the furniture into our garage and steam cleaned it when we thought it was ready to be thrown out. We decided not to go through insurance as this company got all of this done for us under $3k and our deductible was $1k. We will be using the same company for our renovation of the basement this coming spring. In the meantime they are still drying the basement and checking in daily to make sure everything is good. I highly recommend Toronto Steam Clean. They are professionals who know what they’re doing. -

John and his associate (sorry I forgot your name!) were on time, very thorough, and quick. We got a couch and a vintage armchair cleaned and wow--they're like new! They even got the stain out of the vintage chair.
We'll be recommending them to everyone and will certainly use them in the future. -

The job itself was done well and cleaner was super friendly. However he showed up 25 minutes after the arrival window and while he did call and let us know he was going to be late it was still an inconvenience, especially since we don't get an exact arrival time. -
These guys were able to get out stains that two previous companies could not. My basement and stair carpets look almost brand new. Admittedly we shouldn’t have waited as long as we did to get this done and I have now signed up for an annual cleaning. -

I have used their cleaning service for daily office cleaning for the last year and the cleaners have been superb and easy to deal with. We recently brought this company on to clean our office carpets and some chairs and sofa pieces. The stains are all gone and the carpet has its original colour back. Our staff members still think we got new carpet installed. -
I should have edited my review months ago but I rather correct it now. The day after the cleaning I noticed that the bottom drawers of the 2 night tables of the master bedroom have the glass panel broken. The response of the person that came to do the job was the typical talking points: I have insurance, and experience, and I did not brake any thing. The fact remains that we have nothing in the house, other than a hammer, for us to do that damage. Exactly the same cracks, in the same spot. No intentions to call them again and be sure, if you hire them, to photograph items that can get damage with the machine they use.
