General Enquiries

Yes. Our job minimum is $199 plus tax and covers up to 3 areas. Areas can be standard rooms, stair sets, large hallways, and/or certain upholstered furniture.

We operate throughout the GTA, York region, Peel region, and Durham region.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, E-transfer, and Cheque. We do not accept Amex.

We accept any cancellation and changes at least 24 hours prior to the listing. For changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours there is 50% charge or minimum of $100.

No. Many of our clients have properties locally but aren’t present themselves. As long as we have access we will get the job done.

Yes. We carry valid WSIB coverage and in addition to our private liability insurance.

Yes. We are certified by The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, more commonly referred to as IICRC.
We carry certification for Carpet Cleaning and Water Damage Restoration.

Yes. All of our employees have been thoroughly vetted and have gone through various background checks before in field training. Training is conducted by one of our IICRC trained technicians.

Carpet Cleaning/Upholstery Cleaning

Most carpet manufacturers recommend getting your carpets cleaned at least once a year. If you have pets and kids, or suffer from allergies you may require carpet cleaning more frequently. We recommend at least 1-2 times a year.

You can clear the area of any items that may interfere with the cleaning and do a light vacuum. You can also secure your pets and kids away from the cleaning area.

On average our jobs are usually under an hour but this depends on many factors such as accessibility, condition of carpet/upholstery, and the materials of the carpet/upholstery itself.
A room typically will take between 10-20 minutes depending on the above factors.

Typically it will take anywhere between 6-18 hours depending on carpet/upholstery material and the under-pad beneath. During this time we encourage you to remain off the carpeted/upholstered areas until they are dry.

Please note walking on wet carpet/upholstery with dirty shoes can transfer soil on to your freshly cleaned areas. Please also use caution when stepping off carpeted/upholstered area on to tiled or wood flooring as wet feet can cause slips and falls.

No. Be weary of any company claiming to do this; no professional company can offer this. There are too many factors to consider when trying to remove stubborn stains.

Stain by definition “stays in” and is permanent. However all of our packages come with Spot and Stain Solution treatment that will ensure our technicians will do anything and everything to get the stain out, or worst case lighten and sanitize it.

We offer pet enzyme treatment for the areas where feces and urine has been in contact with carpet/upholstery. This along with hot water extraction, and deodorization will usually mitigate any odour and remove stains. However in some cases urine and feces can permanently discolour your fibers. The key here is to get us in as soon as possible before permanent damage starts to set in.

Our Stain Shielding formula is an add-on to any carpet and upholstery cleaning. This formula creates a resistant barrier on the surface of your carpet/upholstery that can help repel water and oil based spills. This protection also gives you extra time to tend to the spill before it seeps through and becomes permanent.

Yes. Using our How Water Extraction method ensures no chemical residue is left behind. We also use eco-friendly options unless we come across an area that requires a more aggressive method. At this point technicians will advise you and gain permission before applying this solution.

Yes. Technicians will move any items that do not pose an injury risk. Items such as sofas, coffee tables, end tables, etc., are all under moveable items.

Items such as china cabinets, t.v.trolleys, bed frames, etc., are items that technicians will likely not be able to move due to liability issues.

Air Duct Cleaning

Air duct cleaning refers to the cleaning of the supply and the return vents of your HVAC system and may also include your furnace and dryer vents.

We use a truck-mounted vacuum system with hoses running directly to your furnace area ductwork. Once attached and under suction we use compressed air to blow any dirt and debris from all your supply vents down to the vacuum connection. We use tools such as air-snakes and air-whips by the connection site to push and agitate everything towards the vacuum. This process is then repeated for the return vents.

Yes. Both these services can be added on for an additional fee.

Air duct cleaning should be done every 3-5 years or immediately after renovations. If you suffer from allergies you may get it done more frequently.

Yes, or road access where a large truck can sit and technicians are able to run hoses in directly from the truck.

Commercial Cleaning

Yes. All employees regardless of field go through various background checks before hiring. We also train all employees regardless of their experience so there is consistency across the board.

We can cater to almost all requests. Most of our cleaners are in the office after business hours but we service regular business hours as well.

Pricing varies depending on whether it is daily office cleaning, commercial facility cleaning services, regular carpet cleaning or a one off heavy duty clean. Variations such as equipment and materials used are also taken into account when calculating the final cost.

Yes, we supply all equipment and products required for the job. If there is a specific product you wish for us to use you may provide that in place of our own products.

Yes. We are WSIB insured and also carry private liability insurance.

Generally speaking yes, we aim for consistency when it comes to regular cleanings. However depending on circumstances we may send a different member of our staff.

Generally speaking, no. Each situation is unique and while 90% of our business is without any long-term commitments we do offer discounts via contracts for customers seeking a long-term schedule.

We invoice on a monthly basis with 14, 30, and 45 day terms.
