While we include spot and stain treatment with all of our services, there are certain stains that require a separate treatment altogether. The stains can be rust, wine, pet urine/feces, dyes, among others and require different processes to reduce their appearance or remove them. Our technicians will assess these problem areas for you and recommend the best course of action.
Stain Shield Protection
Most carpets come with a manufacturer-applied coating that resists staining but over time this coating fades due to foot traffic, harmful UV lighting, and normal use. Manufacturers recommend re-applying the Stain Shield or Scotch Guard after every professional cleaning to prolong the life of your carpets. This protection will help your carpets resist dirt and other dry particles while repelling liquid based spills, allowing you to get to them before the penetrate to the actual carpet fibers.
Pet Urine and Odour Removal
We love our furry friends and the company they provide but when they are sick or naughty, and have unfortunate accidents it is frustrating and can be potentially damaging to your carpeted areas. If your carpets smell of urine or pet odour don’t stress, we’ve got your back! Our technicians will utilize an Enzyme Treatment that breaks down the bacteria that causes odour, leaving your carpeted areas looking and feeling fresh. If you have a urine stain that has settled over time and now has infiltrated to the under pad then you may require our Water Claw Treatment that penetrates deep to the under pad to remove urine without the need to lift the carpet.
