Assessment
Once brought to the facility we’ll assess and measure the rug.
Dusting
We use an industrial machine that beats and sucks the dust particles out of the rug.
Pre Treatment
Each rug is treated with a PH balanced solution specific to the type of rug being cleaned.
Pre Wash
Using pressure washers and a soap solution we manually treat the rug and rinse it with fresh water.
Machine Wash
We use precisely calibrated machines that use water, scrubbing pads, and soft brushes to thoroughly and effectively deep clean your rugs.
Draining
We use centrifugal machines to drain the rug of majority of the water. This step ensures no dye stains the rug and keeps your rugs colours vibrant and natural looking.
Drying
We use a temperature controlled environment to hang dry the rugs and remove any remaining moisture.
Final Assessment
We’ll inspect the rug one last time as a quality control check. Any stains or repairs that remain will be inspected by a specialist who will be provide additional treatment options (if available).
Free Delivery
We’ll reach out to you to schedule to delivery of your rugs. All rugs come sealed in plastic to ensure they remain clean during transportation.

Custom Stain Removal
While we include spot and stain treatment with all of our services, there are certain stains that require a separate treatment altogether. The stains can be rust, wine, pet urine/feces, dyes, among others and require different processes to reduce their appearance or remove them. Our technicians will assess these problem areas for you and recommend the best course of action.

Most upholstered furniture come with a manufacturer-applied coating that resists staining but over time this coating fades due to foot traffic, harmful UV lighting, and normal use.
